Reporting a Crash

First choice

Enable the “Share Mac Analytics” and “Share with app developers” options in System Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements (Ventura) or the equivalent on older MacOS versions. Add any details you can about what you were doing when the crash occurred and how to reproduce the crash.

Second choice

Use Console to find and send me the crash report:

Open the Console app, from Applications > Utilities.
Select Crash Reports in the sidebar.
Select a crash report for SkookumLogger in the Process Name list.
Choose File > Share > Mail.
Address the email to k1gq@hey.com.
Set the subject to [SkookumLogger Crash] <contest name>.
Add any details you can about what you were doing when the crash occurred and how to reproduce the crash.
Send the email.

Third choice

If you can’t find a crash report, send me an email with details about what you were doing when the crash occurred and how to reproduce the crash. List your MacOS and SkookumLogger versions, which contest you were operating, and describe your hardware configuration including your computer model.
