About K4 RIT/XIT Management

The K4 TCP module in SkookumLogger automatically manages the on-off state for K4 VFO A RIT and XIT as follows:

With that logic, you can use the OFS knob or a K•Pod to tune around near your transmit frequency when running, and adjust your transmit frequency without changing receive frequency when doing S&P. The K4 limits the offset to less than +/- 10 kHz.

The K4 panadapters shows the VFO A receive frequency with a blue cursor, and the transmit frequency with a red cursor when transmit frequency is different from receive frequency. Both cursors displays correctly account for RIT/XIT state and offset value.
